That’s a very important question. It costs $97.50 to set your song up on the system, and then $2.95 per station*. Please give us a call and we will send you a quote.
*All radio station counts are based on up to 5 contacts per station. Radio stations with more that 5 contacts are subject to an extra surcharge.
While we do guarantee all of our deliveries, (If it’s not there we’ll send it again free of charge.), it would be impossible for us to guarantee that radio will play your song. Remember, we can’t be responsible for a recording we didn’t create. We didn’t write your song, nor did we sing it.
It’s not us playing on your tracks… so how can we guarantee radio will play your song? We can’t.
Yes you can. With our “pick and go” system you can select the stations you want to. You can pick as many or as few stations as you want. You do not have to buy a pre-set bundle of stations.
Yes. If you like you can send us a sample of your tune and we will help you with your list, or we can also direct you to the correct radio tracker best suited for your sound.
A *Radio tracker is your life support system at radio. These days because the volume of music has increased at radio, the time a music director can spend on the phone, speaking to musicians about their songs, has decreased. As a result many MD’s prefer to speak to a qualified professional, who knows when to call, what music to send, and can guarantee some assurance of quality in the product they are representing. I have even heard that some music directors won’t speak to any person but a Radio Tracker.
You would be very hard pressed to find a tune in the top 50, or the top 100 that didn’t have a radio campaign behind it. So be smart, at least speak to a tracker before you drop your song at radio.

Remember it’s not what it costs to hire a radio tracker, it’s what it could cost you if you don’t … YOUR SONG!
When your song goes to radio it has a complete “press kit” with it… two photos, a bio, and links to your website, video, YouTube, or MySpace. It has full label copy information: songwriter’s name, publisher’s name, copyright notification, the Cancon logo, length of song, intro time, bpm, and producer’s information.
